Abstract

This research has two objectives 1) To study blended learning results of Elementary Chinese 2 for students majoring in Teaching Chinese Language and         2) To assess the process of blended learning management in Elementary Chinese 2 class by experts and stakeholder. Study participants consist of 92 Teaching Chinese Language major students, 5 lecturers and 5 experts. This study collected data by using 4 choices achievement test and the evaluation form with 5 rating scales. The qualitative data are analyzed by Content analysis, and quantitative data are analyzed by using median (Mdn), interquartile range (IQR), mean(M), standard deviation (SD) and percentage (%).

The result of The Development of Teaching Process by using Blended Learning for students majoring in Teaching Chinese Language reveals that the blended learning management process was evaluated by students, the lecturers and the experts, and passed the assessment criteria. There is a consensus opinion that the learning management process is a process that has accuracy standard, propriety Standard, feasibility standard, and utility standard.
